This is a fun and easy to manage DIY craft kit, as I find most ALEX kits to be. The unicorn beanie is fun and stylish. My daughter liked it well enough that we ordered additional kits for her to give to friends as gifts.
Did not realize this was not put together, that was my mistake. But my daughter and I got to spend some quality time together assembling this.
Little more involved than what my not so crafty 10 year old is used to doing. She found the sewing difficult, you have to push the needle through several layers of fabric and she kept hurting her fingers. It’s a mother daughter effort at this point and we’ve made it halfway through. Personally, I’d never buy anything like this again.
