Orders, delivery and what happens after you click

Every button on this site opens the live listing at the partner store. The order is placed there, the payment is taken there, and the parcel is dispatched from there. We never see your card details, your address or your basket.

Delivery

Delivery times, shipping charges and tracking are shown on the listing at checkout and in the confirmation email the store sends you. Those numbers change by item and by region, which is exactly why we do not copy them here.

If something goes wrong

Damaged box, missing parts, wrong item: contact the store that sent it. They hold the order record and they are the only party who can resend or refund. If the fault is with the product rather than the parcel, the manufacturer's customer service is the faster route.
