The vegetable oil leaked all over the inside of the package. The “experiments” seem pretty basic (so far) for being rated ages 6+. My 3yo thought it was exciting but my 6yo gave a “that’s it?” reaction. Instructions are good and it’s nice that it includes all of the ingredients needed, but this would be more exciting for kids under age 6.
The Scientific Explorer Magic Science Kit is low on traditional magic, but is great for lovers of science. As both a magic and a science fan, the kid was excited to get this kit. Most of the experiments are simple chemical (safe for kids) reactions, and while he couldn't use it in his magic show, he did have a lot of fun putting on a "science show" for the family. The pieces in the kit are fairly durable, and the replayability of this kit is good — it's not hard to replicate some of the experiments with household materials. Overall, if you have a science and magic fan, this would be a nice kit to give.
Very nice ....allows children to explore, learn and enjoy . Nice to see that kits like these available only in US are now available in India through the store.
